Established in 2008, PT. Inti Kalsium Indonesia (IKI) is located in Kabupaten Jenu, Tuban and separately 100 Kilometers away from the capital of East Java, Surabaya, where an abundant and heavy strata of pure Limestone lies close to the surface of the ground. The factory covers an area of 60 thousand m2 (including building area 20000 m2). The registered capital of the company is 50 Billion Rupiah, and the first-phase actual investment is 30 Billion Rupiah of which the fixed asset is approximately 20 Billion Rupiah. The company is mainly engaged in research, development and sale of nonmetal ultra-fine powder material. We are currently engaging in manufacturing Calcium Carbonate powder and planning to manufacture a wider array of ultra-fine nonmetal powder products such as Magnesium Hydroxide, Barium Sulphate, Talcum Powder and Compound Powder. The company’s yearly production capacity is estimated to be 100,000 tons and it is our plan to double the capacity in two years.
At present, the company adopts the most advanced automatic equipment for powder production in the world (a vertical rolling mill production line type 1600; activation and classification by gas stream; and oscillating grinding production line). The scientific and precise management effectively controls and ensures the quality and stability of products, providing competitive product support for our customers.
